The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the expulsion of three diplomats from the Swedish embassy in Moscow, considering them persona non grata.
The ministry added in a statement today, according to RIA Novosti.. Today, the Swedish Ambassador to Russia, Malina Mard, was invited to the Russian Foreign Ministry and handed over a Russian protest note against the hostilities of the Swedish authorities against three diplomats at the Russian Embassy in Stockholm and expelled them from this country without foundation.
Russia had pledged that all hostile measures against its embassies' employees abroad would not remain unanswered.
