Police today (Tuesday) arrested an assistant (48) in a kindergarten in Kiryat Ata, on suspicion of abusing and assaulting helpless toddlers, after complaints were filed to the Zevulun station.
In accordance with the needs of the investigation, the police intend to request an extension of the suspect's detention tomorrow, in the Magistrate's Court in the Krayot.
Police officers from the Violence Department collected testimonies from the parents and seized means of documentation which, after a professional examination, raised findings that raised the suspicion of the existence of offenses of harming the helpless towards several children at different times over a period of several months.
