One of the group's organizers noted that: "There were also threats and objections, but there are many who support us and strengthen us on this step."
Ali Sufi, from Deir al-Assad, who will participate in the parade, said: "We have many messages we want to convey, specifically to Arab society in Israel. What is happening here and the things we have seen are very difficult. I knew and learned about everything the Jewish people went through. "What happened to the Jewish people has not happened to any other people and it is our job not to have such a thing again."
Suleiman Suleiman, a resident of Tamra and the educational director of the Atidna youth movement, which works to integrate young people into the Israeli society sector, explains to "Israel Today" that participating in the March of Life actually strengthens Arab identity.

"It is important for us to know the history of the Jewish people," he explained in a tour of Auschwitz today ahead of tomorrow's parade. "The Holocaust is a human disaster.
It is important to know it and educate against human disasters, which are caused due to identity and religion.
The Holocaust is one of the most important things we were educated about in Arab society.
We came here after doing a preparation process with Yad Vashem.
The youth who take part in the tour and the parade are affected by everything that happened here and ask how such a disaster occurred. "
