- What message from voters did you hear on the evening of April 10?

Olivier FAURE.-

We had a special presidential election, with a president-candidate who avoided any form of confrontation.

The second round was both expected and desperate.

We blocked, but the anger and frustration remain.

The presidential has purged nothing.

The president is re-elected, but more than half of his voters in the second round used his ballot without adhering to his policy.

The debate on the project for the next five years will finally take place during the legislative elections.

But what did they say specific to the left, these voters?

They want us to come together.

They expressed it over and over again: in the polls in the fall of 2021, through their adherence to the principle of a primary in January, and then rallying behind whoever had the most capacity to be in the second round…
