Moscow, SANA- The Russian Defense Ministry called on the World Health Organization to prevent the Ukrainian authorities from using the facilities

Moscow-Sana

The Russian Defense Ministry has called on the World Health Organization to prevent the Ukrainian authorities from using medical facilities for military purposes.

"The fact that the Ukrainian Nazis placed heavy weapons in medical facilities did not attract the attention of the World Health Organization, despite repeated warnings from the Russian side," the RIA Novosti news agency quoted the head of the Russian National Defense Monitoring Center, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Mizintsev, as saying.

"Once again we call on all international organizations, led by the World Health Organization, to influence Kyiv and take effective measures aimed at preventing the use of medical infrastructure for military purposes," Mizintsev added.

In another context, Mizintsev indicated that 75 ships from 17 countries are still stuck in 7 Ukrainian ports without any possibility of leaving them.

"The bombardment dangers created by the Kyiv authorities in its internal and territorial waters, and the danger of mines, all do not allow ships to safely leave the ports and head to the open sea," Mizintsev said.

He pointed out that the danger from floating mines still exists on navigation near the coasts of the countries bordering the Black Sea, indicating that the Kyiv authorities are still evading dealing with the authorities of other countries and ship-owning companies to address the issue of the safe exit of foreign ships.

Mizintsev stressed that Russia is taking all measures to ensure the security of civilian navigation in the waters of the Black Sea, the Sea of Azov and the Mediterranean.

Mezintsev pointed out that the Russian forces open a safe passage for the movement of ships at sea every day from 8 am to 7 pm Moscow time, noting that the Ukrainian Nazis continue to hold 90 foreign citizens from 5 countries as hostages and as human shields.
