Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova confirmed that the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, is using false news materials to justify her bias in relation to Ukraine.

Zakharova called on Bachelet and her commission "to be guided in their work by the principles of objectivity and impartiality and to present their conclusions and assessments on the basis of accurate and reliable information."
In addition, the Russian spokeswoman revealed that Moscow has evidence that the Kyiv regime, the United States and the West, including the institutions of NATO and the European Union, have collectively begun preparations to carry out a major electronic provocation against Russia, adding that this is the first time that a member state of the United Nations has openly shown aggression Electronically, it declares war using information technology on other countries.
