The Citizen Service Technology Directorate announced that the e-Citizen Service Center continues to provide its services during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, and citizens can benefit from the center’s services through the “My Transactions” application or by entering the center’s website.
The directorate stated in a statement today that the center will provide services during the holidays (the criminal record is not adjudicated, the civil registry, an individual record is issued, a marriage statement, a birth statement, a divorce statement, and a death statement) in addition to a service (the register of workers in the state is not working).
The directorate indicated that the total number of transactions completed by the citizen's electronic service centers in the governorates since the beginning of this year to date has reached 48,642 electronic transactions.
