All crew members stationed in Hong Kong are subject to medical surveillance until the 14th day after their arrival in Hong Kong, during which they are subject to multiple nucleic acid tests, and daily rapid antigen tests for the first seven days of arrival.
From May 1, all flights to and from Hong Kong operated by local airlines must be operated by crew members who have completed three doses of the vaccine.

All crew members stationed in Hong Kong are subject to medical surveillance until the 14th day after arrival, during which time they must undergo multiple nucleic acid tests.
They are also required to take daily rapid antigen tests for the first seven days after arriving in Hong Kong, refrain from taking off any masks in public places, avoid going to crowded places and large gatherings, and record their personal whereabouts.
In the event of a violation, the designated status of the relevant crew member will be cancelled.

Short-stay crew members still subject to closed-loop arrangements
As for crew members who stay in Hong Kong for a short time and will not enter the local community, they must undergo a rigorous closed-loop arrangement, obtain a negative result of a rapid antigen test before boarding a flight to Hong Kong, and use a dedicated channel in the airport after arriving in Hong Kong. Only point-to-point transportation can be used to travel between the airport and designated airport hotels.
They are also required to self-isolate in their airport hotel rooms until they leave Hong Kong.
Govt asks airlines to check flight crew records
A government spokesman pointed out that the relevant adjustments are aimed at alleviating the manpower constraints faced by local airlines and enhancing their ability to operate more flights to and from Hong Kong.
Authorities have asked airlines to implement effective mechanisms to ensure that their cabin crew fully comply with relevant requirements during medical surveillance.
Airlines need to take responsibility for monitoring the whereabouts of their crew members and conducting regular checks.
If an airline fails to monitor the compliance of its crew with due diligence, the designation of its crew will be revoked.
