Sheikh Ismat Hamuri (56), a resident of East Jerusalem and a preacher at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of committing offenses of identifying with a terrorist organization, publishing praise that could lead to terrorism and conduct that could violate public peace.
