Two rockets were fired this evening (Saturday) at the Ein al-Assad base in Iraq, which houses US forces, Arab media reported.
The Lebanese al-Mayadin channel, which is affiliated with the pro-Iranian axis, reported echoes of explosions at the site.
Also, a pro-Iranian channel claimed that a "faction of the resistance" managed to attack the base with two Grad 122 mm rockets and hit "accurately".
According to Arab media, a number of rockets were fired at the al-Anbar base.
No casualties were reported.
As you may recall, last month the Iranian Revolutionary Guards attacked the Arbil rockets.
In Iran, it was claimed at the time that a strategic Israeli center operated there.
A recently published Iraqi authorities investigation report stated that there was no evidence of an Israeli presence at the site.
