Kidnapped, beaten and threatened to kill:
Indictments were filed today (Sunday) in the Tel Aviv District Court against five Chinese nationals for kidnapping offenses for extortion and extortion by threats.

According to the indictment, the five abducted and extorted the force of their employer's wife, based on their claims that he did not pay their wages in the amount of NIS 200,000.
The indictment filed states that during the years 2021-2022, LK and CW employed the defendants in various projects in the construction industry in Israel.
During the period, on a number of different occasions, the defendants appealed to LK and ZV demanding that they be paid their wages, which was estimated at NIS 210,000.
Despite their inquiries, LK and C.O. did not settle the debt and even transferred the responsibility for the debt from one to the other.

And called from the bathroom to her husband and girlfriend to help her and call police.At the same time, the defendant left the apartment and contacted the other defendants in order to forcefully and threateningly blackmail the complainant and kidnap her so that her husband would meet them and pay them the debt.
At the same time as the indictment, the prosecution filed a request to extend the defendants' detention until the end of the proceedings against them, stating that "the respondents attacked, blackmailed and abducted the complainant in broad daylight, all to fulfill their purpose."
