Thousands of people have protested in Armenia against possible government concessions to Azerbaijan.
Opposition supporters gathered in the center of the Armenian capital Yerevan on Sunday and demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The opposition accuses Pashinyan of wanting to cede the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh completely to Azerbaijan.
In March, the head of government said in parliament that the international community was appealing to Armenia "to tone down its demands in relation to Nagorno-Karabakh".
Opposition leader Ishkhan Zagatelyan accused Pashinyan of "treason" on Sunday and said that a "political status of Nagorno-Karabakh within Azerbaijan" was "unacceptable".
Demonstrators carried placards reading "Nagorno-Karabakh" and - in reference to the Turkic-speaking Azerbaijanis - "An Armenia without Turks".
The Caucasus republics of Armenia and Azerbaijan have been fighting over control of the Nagorno-Karabakh region for decades.
In the fall of 2020, they fought fiercely for weeks, killing more than 6,500 people.
The fighting ended with a ceasefire agreement in favor of Azerbaijan.
Despite the agreement, violence flares up again and again.
