The authorities of the Russian Belgorod region bordering Ukraine announced that a fire had broken out at a site belonging to the Ministry of Defense.
The region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, confirmed on his channel in the Telegram application today, and according to what the Russian media reported, that "the site where the fire broke out is located at the administrative borders of three municipalities, namely, Borisovsky, Belgorod and Yakovlevsky regions," noting that work is underway to verify information about casualties and damage.
Gladkov pointed out that all special services are working on the site, while taking all required measures to ensure the security and safety of rescue teams and citizens, adding that more details about the accident will be revealed at a later time.
