The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, condemned the terrorist bombing of a mosque in the Afghan capital, Kabul, last Friday, which killed 50 people and wounded dozens, and was claimed by the terrorist organization (ISIS).
"Guterres strongly condemns the attack on a mosque in western Kabul during Friday prayers, which constitutes a violation of international laws," Farhan Haq, spokesman for the Secretary-General of the United Nations, said in a statement posted on the Internet, stressing that "attacks on civilians and mosques are strictly prohibited under international humanitarian law."
Fifty people were killed and 25 others wounded in a terrorist explosion inside a mosque west of the Afghan capital, Kabul, during Friday prayers the day before yesterday.
