The District Office of the District will distribute a total of about 240,000 rapid antigen test kits to residents of the following locations, local cleaning staff and property management staff for their own testing to help identify infected persons.

In view of the positive results of the sewage test and the relatively high virus load in the following districts, the District Offices of the districts will successively distribute a total of about 240,000 rapid antigen tests to the residents, local cleaning staff and property management staff of the following districts kits for them to self-test to assist in identifying infected individuals:
- Tuen Mun District - Zhuoerju
- Kowloon City District - Residential buildings around Tam Kung Road and Shing Tak Street (see annex)

A government spokesman said that when using the rapid test kits, one should pay attention to and follow the manufacturer's instructions, conduct the test and read the results correctly, and take pictures immediately after reading the results for record.
Hands must be clean before and after the test, and non-essential supplies should be kept to a minimum in the sample collection area.
After testing, all components of the test kit need to be carefully wrapped, sealed and disposed of properly.
If the household environment is contaminated during sample collection, it should be disinfected with 1:49 diluted household bleach or 70% alcohol.
Those who live or work in the above-mentioned areas can report through the "2019 COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test Positive Person Reporting System" www.chp.gov.hk/ratp/.
If members of the public have difficulty using the online platform, they can call the automated system at 183 6119 to register their identity documents and telephone numbers.
The Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health will contact the person concerned to complete the declaration process.
