Police today (Monday) filed an indictment in the Ashkelon Magistrate's Court against Odeh Abu Juda, the father of the terrorist Khaled Abu Juda, who murdered soldier Ron Kukiya, for threatening Boaz Kukiya, the soldier's father.

According to the indictment, an argument developed between the terrorist's father and Boaz Kukiya during which Abu Yehuda threatened Boaz that he "knows where he is and lives."

Those who investigated the incident are investigators from the Be'er Sheva police station, and according to them, "this is a serious incident of threats within the walls of the court in a manner and circumstances that the mind cannot tolerate."

The confrontation took place on Wednesday last week and included calls and threats in the court in Be'er Sheva between members of the family of soldier Ron Kukiya and right-wing activists and members of the family of his killer.

During the confrontation, members of the terrorist's family shouted "You are the killers, you are dogs".

In the midst of the riots, the terrorist's father was even seen shouting at one of those present: "I know where you are."

In response, court security guards removed the father and brother from the scene, and right-wing activists, "If You Will," who documented the riot, filed a complaint with police about death threats.

Following the complaint, the terrorist's father and uncle were detained for questioning on suspicion of threats.

Today's hearing in court dealt with the indictment filed against the terrorist's father for the possession of Shabat, the terrorist's mother. The father asked the courts to punish the terrorist's father very severely in order to deter future terrorists. We must take part in the national fight against terrorism. "

Despite the stabbing, Cuckoo managed to escape, calling for help from vehicles that passed on the nearby road and then collapsed, and shortly thereafter he was pronounced dead.

The court sentenced Kukia's killer, Abu Jude, to another life sentence and another 20 years in prison, stating that "Ron was a victim only because he was a Jew."

The soldier's father responded when sentencing: "He should have received the death penalty, calling for his citizenship to be revoked."
