The migrants had been living under a bridge in the 18th arrondissement of Paris for two months, Pierre Mathurin, of Utopia 56, told AFP. According to him, the evacuation was decided following attacks perpetrated by people outside the camp, towards these migrants.

isolated minors in recourse

The evacuation was uneventful, he added.

The prefecture specifies that since the beginning of 2022, “
