Immigration document granted to Central American mothers and fathers who are looking for their disappeared children in Mexico

These are 45 Central American mothers and 4 fathers who are looking for their disappeared children and relatives on Mexican soil while trying to reach the United States.

- The National Migration Institute (INM) of the Mexican Ministry of the Interior reported Monday that it granted an immigration document to 45 mothers and four fathers, who are part of the XVI Caravan of Central American Mothers who are looking for their children and relatives disappeared on Mexican soil.

According to the INM, this document will allow them to stay in the country for 180 days to search for their loved ones from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala;

migrants whose destination was to reach the United States.

The new caravan entered this Sunday through Ciudad Hidalgo, Chiapas, in the south of the country, and plans to tour several states in Mexico in search.

The INM data says that until this Monday 16 caravans of this type have been carried out and 370 people have been located in Mexican territory in different circumstances.
