Ingredients:
3 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
Half a bunch of parsley
3 green onion stalks
A bundle of sourdough
Purple green onion
2 lemons
Salt
blush
Lebanese pita
Arabic cheese or feta
Instructions:
Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, scallions and coarsely chopped pickles, add very finely chopped purple onions.
Season with a squeeze of 2 lemons, olive oil, blush and a little salt (the blush adds its own saltiness).
Cut the Lebanese pita into triangles or pieces measuring 2x2 cm or as you like and fry in olive oil. Refrigerate.
Arrange the salad in a bowl, sprinkle over the fried pita and pieces of Arabian cheese or feta cheese as you like.
