A person died today and 4 others were injured in two traffic accidents on the Homs-Damascus International Road near the town of Shanchar.
A source at the Public Roads Police Station in Hasiya told SANA reporter that the first accident was caused by the deterioration of a private tourist car on the road due to excessive speed, which led to the death of one person and the injury of another.
He pointed out that the second accident caused the serious injury of 3 people as a result of the deterioration of a jeep on the Homs-Damascus road near Hasya, pointing out that all the injured were taken to the hospital to receive appropriate treatment.
