The Russian National Guard announced today the discovery of a cache of weapons and ammunition belonging to the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces in the Kharkov region.
And TASS news agency quoted the press service of the National Guard as saying in a statement that "the elements of the Russian National Guard, while carrying out search and reconnaissance missions, discovered a large cache containing military equipment, weapons and ammunition for the Ukrainian special operations forces for sabotage in a forest area in the city of Izyum in the Kharkov region." Two American anti-tank grenade launchers, two of Turkish origin, and two of them from Sweden, in addition to several days of food supplies.”
The statement pointed out that the timely discovery of the cache by the Russian National Guard prevented the plans of the Ukrainians to suddenly attack the convoys of Russian forces.
