Scary find: gardener finds a water body in the outdoor mill pond

Shock find early Monday morning.

Gardeners have found a water body while working at the outdoor mill pond.

Fire brigade and police arrive.

Hamburg – You are just starting your working day and immediately make a shocking discovery.

Two gardeners working at the outdoor mill pond in Harburg-Wilstorf on Monday morning, May 2nd, 2022, see a lifeless body floating on the water surface.

The men immediately pick up the phone and dial the emergency number for the Hamburg fire brigade.

The emergency services arrive with a large contingent.

Among them was a rescue helicopter, which was only looking for a missing swimmer on May 1, 2022 over the Elbe.

Divers from the fire brigade also arrive.

The lifeless body, which had already gone under when the fire brigade arrived, had to be recovered by divers at a barrage.

So far there is no background to the body found in the Harburg district of Hamburg.

The Hamburg police have started their investigation.
