A Holzkirchner (22) is on trial for drug trafficking.

He is said to have handled kilos of marijuana with a total value of more than 20,000 euros.

He denies that.

Holzkirchen – According to the indictment, a 22-year-old from Holzkirchen carried out drug deals on a larger scale in November and December 2019.

He is said to have sold a man 500 grams of marijuana for 4,500 euros.

Another customer received twice 1,000 grams of marijuana from Holzkirchner for a total of 18,000 euros.

Now the 22-year-old has to answer to the Miesbach Youth Court.

He himself only admits that in February 2021 he kept one and a half grams of marijuana and a forbidden butterfly knife – according to his lawyer Sandra Hofmeister, a souvenir from Italy that he did not know that possession was subject to the weapons law – in his apartment have.

Holzkirchner denies all other allegations.

Holzkirchner in court: Did he handle kilos of marijuana?

The police had become aware of him through another case, as a chief inspector (46) of the Kripo Miesbach testified on the witness stand.

In August 2020, a man was arrested, through which the police came to a man behind him.

And both said they had done business with Holzkirchner.

The first arrested "told us that Holzkirchner always wanted to sell the two drugs," explained the chief inspector, but basically the 22-year-old was simply "too expensive".

"Twice, however, the two men probably bought drugs from the accused," the officer reported.

"There was a real competition between the two as to who was allowed to testify first," the commissioner recalled.

The back man admitted to having once bought half a kilogram of marijuana for 4,500 euros from the 22-year-old.

In a second statement, the first person arrested then admitted to having carried out the two one-kilogram drug deals from the indictment in this way.

"He took it upon himself and said that he gave the man behind about 50 to 100 grams of it," said the 46-year-old witness.

"During a search of the apartment in February 2021, we found a precision scale, 1.5 grams of marijuana, a butterfly knife and a notebook in the Holzkirchner, which probably lists drug deals," the investigator continued.

Judge: "According to the file, it doesn't look good"

District Court Director Klaus-Jürgen Schmid, who chaired the jury hearing, gave the accused the opportunity to explain himself.

"According to the files, it doesn't look good." The 22-year-old, however, remained silent and let his lawyer announce that it would stay that way.

The man behind him should provide more information - a 24-year-old who once lived on Lake Tegernsee and is currently living in the kbo-Inn-Salzach-Klinikum.

Accompanied by two police officers, the young man testified in court: "I don't know anything about it anymore and therefore refer to my statement from back then." As the chief inspector had already mentioned, it said that the 24-year-old once had 500 grams of marijuana for the Price per gram of nine euros from Holzkirchner.

In August 2020, he testified that he had driven from Holzkirchen to Otterfing with the accused and that the 22-year-old handed him the drugs after handing over the money.

The deal probably came about because of the order of the man whom the police first arrested in August 2020.

"I was his driver when it came to drug deals,"

The court still has to wait for the testimony of the alleged client, who is said to have concluded the two one-kilo deals with the accused.

He was absent on the first day of the hearing because he was ill.

At the beginning of May, the process will enter the next round.
