Herzl Hajaj, the father of the late Deputy Shir Hajaj who was killed in a car bombing on the promenade of the Commissioner's Palace in Jerusalem in 2017, and who was one of the leaders against Prime Minister Bennett at the memorial service for the victims of the hostilities, responds to the storm.
As you may recall, a riot broke out when Prime Minister Naftali Bennett came up to speak and for many minutes prevented him from starting his speech. The shouts and voices of some of the bereaved families were heard loudly.

Hajjaj, as mentioned, was one of the leaders calling against the Prime Minister at the ceremony.
"The protest was organized by my wife Meirav and I, and we were joined by a small number of bereaved families. Since this is a very sensitive issue, we made sure not to involve the Bereaved Families Forum. "And to many bereaved families to fight terrorism with us, hand in hand, to prevent the next attack. But after the election he broke his promise and formed a government with RAAM and the Muslim Brotherhood, who are outspoken supporters of terrorism, even according to Bennett himself."

"We met with him in the Knesset about a week before the formation of the government and told him that if he did form a government with the Prime Minister, for us it was a crossing of a red line that we could not come to terms with and would not remain silent about.
Now we are just living up to what we promised - he can not embrace the supporters of the terrorists with one hand and embrace us with the other.
It is important for me to note that even when the mandate for the formation of the government was with Netanyahu, we demonstrated in front of the President's House with an assertive demand not to form a government with the PM, and if he did we would oppose him in the same way. "Ma'ale Adumim because we believed in his promises that he would take the government further to the right and fight terrorism. Our whole goal is only to prevent the next attack," Hajaj said.
