It is more likely that the stadium on Klosterstraße – the home of SC Fürstenfeldbruck – will also be the home of Türkgücü Munich in the coming season.

Fürstenfeldbruck - During an inspection of the stadium by representatives of both clubs and the Bavarian Football Association (BFV), it was determined that the facility is basically suitable for regional leagues.

The Munich club explained this in a press release: "The requirements for the 4,800-seat stadium can be fully met by the clubs in good time without financial help from the city of Fürstenfeldbruck." SCF President Jakob Ettner is meanwhile keeping a low profile.

He says only this much: "In the run-up to the inspection of the stadium complex, there were already discussions with Office 5 (note: education, families, senior citizens, youth, sports) of the city." the daily newspaper, as well as in the city council confirmed: "Neither from the SCF and Türkgücü nor from the BFV were we asked how the city felt about the use."

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular FFB newsletter.)

It is also still open whether the city, as the owner of the stadium, has to give its approval for Türkgücü to move in.

This probably also depends on the extent of any structural measures - such as a cage for the visiting fans - says Raff. But since the city is not privy to the plans of the clubs, he cannot say anything concrete about it.

It is now clear that Fürstenfeldbruck should not be the only venue for Türkgücü's home games.

The city of Munich has promised the club up to twelve games in the Grünwalder Stadium.
