"Bauer sucht Frau International" candidate Hans submitted his introduction video six months ago.
He invited two applicants to his farm in Canada – but in the meantime he has lost a lot of weight.
Is it well received?
Canada – On his farm in Canada, farmer Hans (63) has donkeys, horses, alpacas, llamas, dogs and also goats.
The romantic's goal is to own two of each species.
With "Bauer sucht Frau International" (all news about the dome show) he is now looking for his partner for life himself and therefore invites two women to his home country.
But between the introduction video and today, Hans has changed quite a bit.

“Only know me from pictures”: Hans lost a lot of weight within half a year
"Hans has lost a lot of weight since he was called and is excited to see how his new look will be received," says moderator Inka Bause (53), while the camera pans to Hans buttoning his shirt.
In any case, the native Swabian is excited about how his appearance will be received, because in his application video he still had a few pounds on his ribs.
“The ladies only know me from pictures from six months ago.
So I hope that they recognize me and also that they like me even more," said Hans beforehand on "Bauer sucht Frau International" (all candidates).

His chosen ladies Danielle (52) and Nina (54) notice the difference as soon as they are greeted and are thrilled.
Danielle describes her first impression:
"The first thing I thought when I saw Hans today was: Wow, blatant, hardly recognizable.
Hans has at least halved and looks 20 years younger.
I like that, he looks great.”
And Nina is also blown away: "But you've lost a lot, wow!" She exclaims as she hugs her admirer to say hello.
The "Bauer sucht Frau International" candidate gave both of them a red rose.
He seems to score all round: “I definitely find cowboys sexy.
He reminded me of Henry Fonda... A little bit of Hollywood in Canada.
Now I liked him live even better than on the videos," Nina enthuses.

In any case, Nina from Berlin is excited to see how things will continue with her and Hans.
"I hope we find each other so well that it ends in love," she explains.
And rider Danielle is also excited about her upcoming time in the Hofwoche.
"I've never flown to the ends of the earth for a man.
It tingles and hums and can finally start,” she says.

The farmer from Alsace in France invited five women to his farm week.
