Ayuso, to Mónica García: “You do therapy with me. At home they thank you, take the gun and shoot”

The president of Madrid charges against the spokeswoman for Más Madrid in a harsh control session in the Assembly

Fear is also a weapon in politics.

For a few long minutes this Thursday, Isabel Díaz Ayuso has used an intervention in the Madrid Assembly to paint the black picture that, in her opinion, the left would have drawn in the community if it had managed to govern after the elections that were held a anus.

The companies, she has said, would have left “terrified”.

Ángel Gabilondo (PSOE) and Pablo Iglesias (Podemos) would have ended the freedom to choose a health and educational center.

And “the trail of street vendors that Mrs. Carmena had left on the Gran Vía would reach Móstoles”.

That no spokesperson for the left has revolted against that portrait reflects what has been happening in the Chamber for a long time: there is a dialogue of the deaf in which any label has already been blown up.

-It is the typical question of yours that you do not ask to control the work of the government, which is what you should do, being in the opposition, but, I imagine, to let off steam, and do therapy with me, which I am sure they will thank you at home , so take the gun, and shoot.

The phrase is from Díaz Ayuso, which refers to Mónica García, the spokeswoman for Más Madrid, and refers, among other things, to a gesture that the opposition spokeswoman made with her hand during the last legislature.

Pronounced this Thursday in the Madrid Assembly, the expression summarizes the bitterness that the confrontation between the conservative leader and the opposition spokesmen is reaching.

Because for Juan Lobato, the spokesman for the PSOE, the conservative leader has also had a taunt.

"Someone who talks about politics with comics and comes hand in hand with his father to cry in the Chamber of the Assembly, what do you want to tell me?" Díaz Ayuso said about the format of a publication with the proposals of the socialists for the young people, omitting, furthermore, that if Lobato's father attended the Assembly last week it was precisely to deny his statement.

Thus, the regional president reproached Lobato for her father, a lawyer for the municipal funeral home, authorizing the purchase of the masks for which Luis Medina and Alberto Luceño charged a millionaire commission that is now being investigated by the justice system.

A situation that never occurred.

For Carolina Alonso, spokesperson for Podemos, Díaz Ayuso has also had harsh words: “Imagine Mr. Gabilondo with Mr. Iglesias [governing Madrid], a wonderful fashion couple with a great image.

They would put the Community of Madrid as the

komuna

of Madrid, with k”.

The harsh tone, in any case, is reciprocal.

So far this legislature, Díaz Ayuso has heard the harshest criticism from the opposition, constant mentions of his family -especially since he admitted that his brother had received 55,000 euros thanks to a Community contract with the company Priviet Sportive SL- and hyperboles full of adjectives to disqualify the action of his Government.

For example, what Carolina Alonso (United We Can) told him this Thursday: “Don't forget.

Here is a brave people, who already kicked out the invader 200 years ago, and they can kick you out, expel you, because no people deserves to have a radical of cuts, and of corruption, governing”.

Or what García (Más Madrid) has snapped at him: “The other day, in front of the seat of his government, there was a sign that said: in Madrid there is bread for so much chorizo.

That is the difference between you and me: I want to multiply the breads, and you the sausages (...) You have breakfast in Mr. Wonderful cups that say

Believing is power,

because those that put

Your sister's commission is power

or

Your parents' money is power

are not commercialized yet."

And Juan Lobato, the general secretary of the PSOE in Madrid, has not been left behind: "Has Mr. Feijóo given you permission to insult?"

The interventions of all seem more focused on jokes, the phrases more well thought out for social networks or for video cuts, than on changing the lives of citizens.

But something is happening while all these scuffles are taking place: the Government of Díaz Ayuso is carrying out its legislative agenda with Vox as a partner and with the aim of assaulting the main municipalities of the left in the municipal and regional elections of 2023.
