Canceled because of Corona: The city is now postponing the Christmas market to May

From May 20th, the "Summer Christmas" will take place in Solingen for three days - this is a Christmas market in May.

Solingen - The scent of roasted almonds, the taste of fresh mulled wine and strolling along various wooden stalls - and at temperatures above 20 degrees?
The city of Solingen wants to prove that this fits together from May 20th at the "Summer Christmas".
Since the Christmas market could not take place there in winter 2021 due to the corona pandemic, it will now be held at Burg Castle from May 20th to 22nd, as reported by 24RHEIN.
True to the motto "postponed is not cancelled", as the organizers themselves put it.

A Christmas present can then be turned into a birthday present or something pretty for your own use.” It should even be possible to go ice skating, “because our ice rink is synthetic,” it continues.

Note: There are no three-day tickets for the “Summer Christmas” at Burg Castle in Solingen.
A new ticket must be purchased for each day.
Ice stock sport at the "Summer Christmas" at Burg Castle in Solingen - all information
Ice stock sport is also offered, for which a specific time slot can be booked online in advance.
"On an artificial ice rink - embedded in the summer Christmas of Schloss Burg - up to six people can prove their skills or try out this sport from scratch," says the homepage.
Booking:
To use the train, a time slot must be booked in advance.
The track is booked for one hour, playing time 50 minutes.
The game material is of course available as part of the booking and the rules of the game are available at the railway.
The booking times are binding and cannot be canceled or postponed.
Costs:
The use of the track for 2-6 players costs a flat rate of 65 euros per time slot.
In addition, there is the entrance fee for the summer Christmas - this is only 5 euros for the players: inside the curling rink and can be booked directly when booking the curling rink.
After the season, the visit can be continued on the summer Christmas.
