In 2020, while GDP per capita amounted to 34,100 euros on average throughout France, it amounted to 57,600 euros in Île-de-France, according to an INSEE note published Thursday.
"Ile-de-France is the only region with a GDP per capita higher than the national average"
, specifies the institute, which notes
"large differences"
between the territories.
