Hundreds of settlers today stormed the Suleiman Pools area, south of Bethlehem in the West Bank, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.
The Palestinian Wafa news agency quoted Ibrahim Musa, head of the town council, as saying that about 500 settlers stormed the Suleiman pools area, located between the towns of Al-Khader and Artas, and stationed at the third pond and closed the entire area to Palestinians.
Dozens of settlers, under the protection of the occupation forces, stormed the town of Al-Khader and attacked Palestinian properties, uprooted 300 olive plants and destroyed agricultural crops on an area of 15 dunums.
