“
There can always be indiscretions, but (…) of this magnitude, it is quite unprecedented
”, estimated Me Jean-Baptiste Alary.
“
I don't know who is trampling on the secrecy of the investigation
” but “
these violations are multiplying
”, he further declared.
Me Alary underlined the publication in the press of the results of two recent expert reports, even before Cédric Jubillar's lawyers were able to read them.
It is a psychiatric expertise concerning Cédric and another on the glasses of his wife Delphine.
Me Alary and the two other lawyers for Cédric Jubillar, Mes Emmanuelle Franck and Alexandre Martin, therefore wrote to the Toulouse prosecutor asking him to intervene.
Delphine Jubillar, who worked as a night nurse in a clinic in Albi, disappeared in December 2020. Her husband, with whom she was in the process of divorcing, is the main suspect.
He was indicted for murder and imprisoned on June 18, 2021. He claims to be innocent.
Justice believes that the investigators have brought enough elements of the guilt of the 34-year-old plasterer painter to keep him in prison, while Cédric Jubillar's lawyers claim that the file contains no irrefutable evidence.
Cédric Jubillar must again be heard by the investigating judges on May 12.
