The head of the Russian National Defense Center, General Mikhail Mizintsev, revealed that a Ukrainian Nazi battalion had deployed heavy weapons in hospitals and civilian facilities in which it was holed up in the Kiev-controlled areas of Ukraine.
"A stronghold of Nazi battalion militants has been equipped in a children's hospital in Lysichansk," he said, adding that "in the clinical hospital No. 8 in Kharkov, the Ukrainian army put artillery outposts and ammunition depots, expelling employees and all civilians, including the seriously ill, under threat of retaliation." .
He added, "In Slavyansk, in the railway hospital, heavy military equipment was deployed, and a military site was equipped with an ammunition depot, and in Odessa, in the building of the clinical hospital, a military command center was equipped and armored vehicles, artillery and rocket launchers were deployed in its vicinity."
Mizintsev noted that "the World Health Organization ignores these facts, which constitute a flagrant violation of the rules of international humanitarian law," and reiterated its call to "all international organizations to influence Kyiv and take effective measures to prevent the use of medical infrastructure for military purposes."
