to affirm that the said official had, on several occasions, between 2019 and 2022, consulted the so-called “police” files for personal purposes, unrelated to his administrative missions

Among the files concerned are the processing of criminal records (TAJ), the file of wanted persons (FPR) or the vehicle registration system (SIV).

The consultations related in particular to relatives of this official or to people known by reason of criminal records relating to offenses against the legislation on narcotics

contrary to what has been claimed by certain media
", the investigations have
not "demonstrated that this police officer (...) became an accomplice of major traffickers or that he be personally involved in large-scale drug trafficking
,” emphasizes Jean-Baptiste Bladier.
Wednesday evening, several media claimed that this policeman was suspected of having provided information to a major Toulouse trafficker.
