"In recent days, representatives of the Russian Investigative Committee began to work in Mariupol and receive complaints from residents of the city about war crimes committed by Ukrainian extremist battalions," Torchak said on his Telegram channel after touring Mariupol.

Torchak pointed out that there are nine humanitarian aid centers sponsored by the (United Russia) party in Mariupol, adding that one of these centers, which he visited during the tour, provides services and assistance to about 4,000 people daily.

The Russian Ministry of Defense had announced the liberation of the entire city of Mariupol, with the exception of the Azovstal factory, from the Ukrainian forces and their Nazi battalions, and the start of life returning to normal in the city.
