The Nuremberg Spring Festival has been extended - and with it the Corona vaccination campaign.

The city will provide information about other options.

Nuremberg – The Nuremberg Spring Festival was recently surprisingly extended – the Corona vaccination bus will therefore remain on site.

Wednesday to Saturday, May 4 to 7, 2022, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. (break: 3 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.)

The vaccination bus is right next to the Ferris wheel (Entrance Bayernstrasse)

Corona vaccinations are also possible at the Blue Night in Nuremberg

A vaccination bus also makes a stop in the center of Nuremberg: "Anyone strolling through Nuremberg's city center during the Blue Night can get a corona (refresher) vaccination in addition to enjoying the culture - uncomplicated and without an appointment," the city reports in one press release.

The vaccination bus will be in action on both days of the event: on Friday and Saturday (May 6th and 7th) there will be vaccinations at Hans-Sachs-Platz from 1pm to 9pm (break from 3pm to 3.30pm).

Vaccination also takes place every week from Tuesday to Thursday on the main market (10 a.m. to 6 p.m., break from 1 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.).

On Thursday, May 26th, all municipal vaccination centers including the vaccination bus were closed due to the Ascension Day holiday.

Corona vaccinations in Nuremberg

  • Tuesday, May 3, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (break from 1 p.m. to 1 p.m.): Corona vaccinations at Noris-Arbeit (NOA), Siebenkeesstraße 4

  • In the Franken-Center in Langwasser, Glogauer Straße 30-38, vaccinations take place Monday to Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a lunch break from 1 p.m. to 1.30 p.m

  • In the Mercado shopping center, Äußere Bayreuther Straße 78, the team vaccinates Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. (lunch break from 1 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.)

These vaccination centers are located at Großreuther Strasse 115 b (former vehicle registration office) and at Südliche Fürther Strasse 14 (former N-Ergie customer center).

The vaccination centers are open from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Registration is necessary: ​​online via the registration portal BayIMCO (www.impfzentren.bayern) or via the telephone hotline 09 11 / 14 89 82 45."

In the vaccination center at Großreuther Straße 115 b there is also a vaccination without an appointment: every opening day in the morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Beyond this time window on Großreuther Straße, vaccinations are also given without an appointment at the two fixed vaccination points, if capacity allows.

In the vaccination center at Südliche Fürther Straße 14 there are family vaccination days on Saturdays.
