Lovers of "Game of Thrones" who eagerly await the premiere of "House of the Dragon" can take a look at what the series will be this Thursday: a new trailer for the prequel was published on networks social.
"History doesn't remember blood. It remembers names."
With that message, the official "House of the Dragon" account on Twitter posted the new trailer for the long-awaited HBO Max series, which will premiere on August 21, 2022.
Who's who in "House of the Dragon"
In the preview, which lasts just over a minute and a half, you can see several of the characters that will star in the series, including King Viserys Targaryen (Paddy Considine) and his heiress, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D'Arcy ).
The clip features a mix of dialogue and fighting moments.
The dragons return to the scene, in what IMDb says is the longest look at the series to date.

The series based on the book "Fire and Blood" by George RR Martin is set 300 years before the events of "Game of Thrones" and tells the story of the Targaryen house.
The main cast is made up of Paddy Considine, Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D'Arcy, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, Sonoya Mizuno, Fabien Frankel and Rhys Ifans, confirmed HBO Max.
According to IMDb, "House of the Dragon" is the most anticipated release this year.

George RR Martin is the executive producer and co-creator of the series, while Ryan Condal was in charge of writing the plot.
At the 71st Emmy Awards in 2019, "Game of Thrones" took home four statuettes, including best drama series.
