Díaz-Canel: Explosion at the Saratoga hotel was not a bomb or an attack

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel said that the explosion at the Saratoga hotel in Havana was an accident and that it was not a bomb or an attack.

For his part, the Minister of Tourism, Juan Carlos García, said that the event was the result of work carried out within the structure.
