Europa-Park reacts to visitor criticism: "Rare individual cases"

Europa-Park fans recently complained about long waiting times, high prices and declining quality in the park restaurants.
Now the operators are commenting on the allegations.

Now the operators of Europa-Park have commented on the allegations.
"Unfortunately, we too are struggling with the serious increase in food prices, which is partly reflected in the prices," the park operators told

"Our overall price increases are nowhere near as high as what we have to pay our suppliers anymore." Europa-Park emphasizes its "high degree of fairness in pricing towards guests."
On the one hand, Europa-Park takes the criticism seriously.
On the other hand, he thinks it is wrong to "derive an overall picture from very rare individual cases." The quality of the food is very good in all areas - from a simple snack bar to a two-star restaurant.
“We value high regional quality.
We occasionally receive criticism from guests, but the vast majority of visitors are very satisfied with what we have to offer.” Given the size of the park, it is “actually inevitable that there will be criticism.”
Europa-Park: "We are struggling with personnel problems"
In view of the criticism of the food prices, Europa-Park also points out that visitors can bring their own food.
The operators also comment on the sometimes longer waiting times - these are actually a problem.
“Like the catering industry, we are struggling with staffing problems everywhere.
But we try to change such weak points every day.
However, an improvement is expected by the summer.
In addition to criticism of the increase in admission prices and the prices for the new annual tickets, praise and understanding for the operators of Europa-Park can also be found in the social networks.

"You can eat really well in the park," writes a Facebook user.
"We've been coming to the park for 31 years and have always been satisfied with the food and the service," another source said.
