Lake festivals at Tegernsee: The fireworks should take place

It has been a fact for a long time that there will be lake festivals at Tegernsee again this year.

Now there was also a decision in terms of fireworks: They should be allowed to take place as the crowning glory of the festival.

Tegernsee/Rottach-Egern

- The lake festivals at Tegernsee should become more sustainable.

The municipalities and the Tegernseer Tal Tourismus GmbH (TTT) have set themselves the goal.

The town of Tegernsee and the municipality of Rottach-Egern still don't want to do without the fireworks, which traditionally form the highlight of the lake festivals at a late hour.

The city council and the Rottacher economic and tourism committee have now voted in their respective meetings for the implementation of the fireworks, as TTT boss Christian Kausch announced on request.

In Bad Wiessee, the topic was not up for debate: there is no lake festival there this year because of the 100-year celebration of the bath's appointment.
