Today, Russian forces arrested a man suspected of planning a terrorist act in Kherson.
"According to the information, the man was planning to carry out a terrorist act during the festive events on Victory Day over Nazism, which falls on May 9," the RIA Novosti news agency quoted the Russian Investigative Committee as saying in a statement, noting that "the arrested admitted his involvement in preparing Molotov cocktails and that he was working under pressure." by the Ukrainian forces.
The investigation committee indicated that the Russian security services found a den in one of the apartments in the city of Kherson containing firearms, ammunition, a portable launcher and a quantity of explosive “TNT”.
The statement pointed out that the Investigative Committee and the Russian Defense Ministry are working to identify the identities of others involved in planning the crime and hold them accountable.
