Schlehdorf: Green light for the trailer of the forest kindergarten

Schlehdorf - The municipality leased an area to the KlosterGut for the planned forest and meadow kindergarten, said Schlehdorf's mayor Stefan Jocher.

The committee had received a planning application for the erection of a trailer as a storage facility and as temporary weather protection for the forest and meadow kindergarten on the leased area.

The size of the trailer, including the stairs: almost twelve meters long, three meters wide and three and a half meters high.

In addition, three parking spaces and a fence are to be built on an area of ​​8.70 by 11.20 meters.

The ground on which all this is planned is not far from the Breitenlaichgraben, adjacent woodland separates the meadow and the stream.

Wooden slats are needed to demarcate the stream.

The fence had to be erected "for safety", explained Mayor Stefan Jocher.

Alternative costs a lot of money

Local councilor Leonhard Helfert (WGL) looked a little critical.

"A few local residents approached me," he said.

They wanted to know how the sanitary facilities were doing.

There are concerns that "toilet paper will lie around each other in the meadow".

"As far as I know, they have a bio-toilet," the mayor replied, but also said that one should watch this.

Jocher also pointed out that the approval process would take a while.

Michael Wolf (FW) said that he had heard "similar things" toHelfert.

"A direct neighbor" is "not at all enthusiastic" about the idea that children "trudge through his meadow all the time," said Wolf.

He was told that the residents had been spoken to and that there were no objections, according to Jocher.

One of them did not sign, the head of the town hall was informed.

The mayor, however, emphasized the positive: "For us it is undoubtedly a support".

Otherwise you would have to expand the municipal kindergarten and a five-digit amount would not be enough.

Decided unanimously

In the end, the committee voted unanimously to grant municipal approval to the building application for the erection of a trailer with 27 square meters of storage and weather protection area, the construction of three parking spaces and a fence.
