Bikers demonstrate in Paris.

Slowdowns to be expected on Saturday afternoon in the west of the capital.

The FFMC (French Federation of Angry Bikers) calls on two-wheeler riders to demonstrate, on the road, to protest against the Greater Paris ZFE (Low Emission Zone) which aims to gradually ban the circulation of the most polluting vehicles — including motorcycles — within a vast perimeter bounded by the A86.

The demonstrators on motorcycles are called to gather on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Porte Dauphine before heading in a procession from 3 p.m. to the headquarters of the Métropole du Grand Paris (located in the 13th arrondissement)… And not towards Town Hall as the organizers had requested.

This Friday, the precise course of the demonstration was still under discussion with the Prefecture of Police.
