Al-Furat University announced the resumption of exams in the colleges and institutes of Al-Hasakah governorate for the first semester after a three-month hiatus due to the violations of the separatist (Qasd) militia and the American occupation’s destruction of the buildings of educational facilities, especially the faculties of civil engineering and economics.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Dr. Jamal Al-Abdullah, the director of the university branch in Al-Hasakah said that the branch will set the date for the exams this week, and the exam programs will be discussed in all university faculties and institutes in order to give time for students from outside the governorate to attend the exams.
Al-Abdullah affirmed the university branch’s readiness to conduct the exams after taking all the necessary measures, including halls, stands, stationery and human cadres, and securing alternative places to conduct the exams for the faculties of civil engineering and economics.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research suspended exams and classes in Al-Hasakah colleges and institutes for 90 days due to the violations of the SDF militia, its seizure of college buildings and the destruction of the American occupation of the headquarters of the faculties of civil engineering and economics, under the pretext of pursuing terrorists fleeing from the industrial secondary prison, which is controlled by the SDF militia and the occupation forces.
