Need to know with whom to quarrel:
A fairly routine argument over work arrangement led last week to an unusual murder incident at a street restaurant in Kuwait City.
According to Kuwaiti press reports, an Egyptian immigrant, who works at the site as the person in charge of shawarma cutting, murdered two of his colleagues, Syrian immigrants.
According to the killer, the heated argument escalated into an exchange of blows at the end of which he took the long knife, which is used by him to cut the roasted meat, and stabbed three workers.
The death of one of the wounded was determined at the scene while another casualty was evacuated in critical condition to the hospital and died a day later.
Another employee is still hospitalized.
The killer himself fled the scene, and was only later apprehended by security personnel.
He confessed to his actions and will stand trial on murder charges.
