How is the Rocket League structured?

The league each year is divided into three seasons, and a world championship season.

At the end of each season, an international playoff event takes place, in the stadium in front of a live crowd, called the MAJOR.

At that event the best teams from each region are fighting for the highest possible position - in favor of prizes of $ 300,000 per season and a world ranking.

At the end of three seasons - autumn, winter and spring, the teams with the highest world rankings qualify for the Champions season.

There they will fight for the world title and an additional $ 2 million prize.

The participating regions are: North America, Europe, Middle East and North Africa, South America, Asia-Pacific North, Asia-South Pacific.
