The Ministry of Justice announced the cancellation of all reports and procedures for broadcasting search, arrest and review based on crimes stipulated in the Anti-Terrorism Law against all citizens at home and abroad unless their act caused the death of a person or proved their continued affiliation with terrorist organizations or their association with other countries.
The Ministry of Justice said in a statement today: “In implementation of the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 7 of 2022, which includes an amnesty for terrorist crimes committed by Syrians before the date of 4-30-2022, all notifications and procedures (radio search - arrest - review) based on the crimes stipulated in the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 19 of 2012 against all Syrian citizens at home and abroad, unless their act causes the death of a person or proves their continued affiliation with terrorist organizations or their association with other countries.
