Seven people were killed and nine others were rescued after a fire broke out in a two-storey building in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, central India.
And the website of the Russia Today channel quoted the Indian police as saying in a statement that "5 people who were rescued were transferred to a hospital for treatment."
"The fire broke out due to a short circuit in the main supply system in the basement of the building," she added.
And she indicated that "the owner of the building was arrested for causing the accident due to negligence."
