Occupied Jerusalem-SANA

Palestine Chief Justice Mahmoud Al-Habbash confirmed that the Israeli occupation authorities, since the rape of Palestine, have carried out a systematic process of ethnic cleansing in occupied Jerusalem to Judaize the holy city.

In a statement carried by Wafa Agency, Al-Habbash considered that the occupation practices organized terrorism against trees, stones and sanctities in Palestine using the most horrific ways and means, indicating that resisting this terrorism is a legitimate right guaranteed by international conventions for all peoples suffering under occupation and colonialism.

Al-Habbash said: The blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, with its entire area of 144 dunums, including the Al-Buraq Wall, is a purely Islamic endowment for Muslims in accordance with international resolutions issued by the United Nations in 1930 and in accordance with Resolution 194 issued by the General Assembly in 1948, as well as UNESCO resolutions in this regard.

The Chief Justice of Palestine called on the Arab and Islamic nations and the free people of the world to support the Palestinian position in international forums and institutions to affirm the Palestinians' right with regard to Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa.
