Deir Ezzor-SANA
Today, dozens of wanted citizens flocked to the settlement center in the worker’s hall in Deir ez-Zor to regularize their situations, marking the opening of a new page in their lives and a return to their families, land, and universities, and to the ranks of the Syrian Arab Army.
A number of citizens whose statuses have been settled indicated to SANA reporter that the settlement is a valuable opportunity that enabled them to return to their normal lives and contribute to building and defending the homeland.
Awad al-Mandeel, Sadiq al-Ahmad and Ghanam al-Suwayd pointed out that they made the settlement to return to their homes and lands after they spent several years in the Jazira area, which is controlled by the "Qasd militia", which lacks all services and lacks security and safety.
Abdul Rahim Al-Alawi clarified that he had failed to perform the compulsory service and had regularized his status in preparation for joining the comrades-in-arms in the Syrian Arab Army.
The settlement process will continue in the coming days to allow all those wanted to join it.
