The head of the National Defense Monitoring Center in Russia, Lieutenant-General Mikhail Mezintsev, announced that the neo-Nazis of the Kyiv regime are working to bomb railways and bridges in the city of Slavyansk, Donbass region.
"The neo-Nazis in the Ukrainian armed formations have mined a railway bridge in Slaviansk-Kramatorsk in the Donetsk People's Republic and a car bridge across the Sukhoi Turets River to blow it up and claim that the advanced Russian units in the city bear responsibility for such actions," Mezintsev said in a press briefing today.
Mizintsev noted that in Kramatorsk, gunmen prepared shooting positions in School No. 20 and Kindergarten No. 87, residents of neighboring houses are forcibly detained in basements, and all roads leading to these facilities have been mined.
Mizintsev emphasized that the Ukrainian nationalists also prepared fortifications and an ammunition depot in the vicinity of the building of the 22nd Regional Children's Hospital in Kharkov and forced the hospital staff and all civilians, including seriously ill children, to leave the medical facility under threat of violence.
Mizintsev also announced that the Ukrainian Regional Defense Forces suppress all attempts of civilians to get out of dangerous areas in the city of Zaporozhye, confiscate their cars and hide the real goal of preventing the evacuation of civilians, which is their use as human shields, warning that civilians who show the least resistance are subjected to physical violence and confiscation of their cars, in flagrant violation of the rules principles of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.
Mizintsev had confirmed earlier that the Ukrainian regime was planning a new provocation today in the western regions of Ukraine to accuse the Russian armed forces of targeting civilians, revealing that the water tank of the Kurakhovskaya electrothermal station in the city of Pokrovsky, Donetsk People's Republic, had exploded to blow it up, disrupted the station and flooded the nearby villages and towns, accusing the Russian army of doing so.
